The year of 2018 is soon closing its doors. Where all ends there is also a new beginning. This year have been tremendous. I became father with my first son, Vilton. We moved to new apartment. They signed me back for FCR as an assistant coach. I´ve meet poeple that I inspired in my classes. And now already before the ending of 2018 the plans for 2019 are evolving.

This is also a start for my new company that you now are actually reading – my blog and all its content. I will be writing everyday and give all kinds of life changing tips and trix. Football and Fitness will not only cover those topics but also lifestyle, nutrition and offering of my expetis in form of lecutures and programming.
